This work is personal for me.

Not because I have all the answers—
but because I’ve had to walk through my own transitions, one step at a time.

There are seasons in life where everything shifts.

Not all at once, but enough that you can feel it.

The life you built, the roles you carried, the version of yourself you knew no longer fits the same way.

And no one really prepares you for what comes next.

I know what it feels like to have to rebuild your life while still showing up for it.

To carry responsibility, uncertainty, and quiet questions all at the same time.

My journey has included seasons of deep transition, walking through divorce, starting over, relocating, and learning how to trust God in the unknown.

Not perfectly.
Not all at once.

But step by step.

What I’ve learned is this—

Clarity doesn’t come from rushing forward.
It comes from slowing down long enough to be honest about where you are.

And choosing to take the next step anyway.

How I approach this work

This is not about fixing you
You are not broken. You are in a season of transition.

I move with intention
Not pressure. Not urgency. Alignment first.

Clarity creates movement
When you’re clear, you move differently.

There are a lot of spaces that tell you to push harder, move faster, and figure it out.

That’s not what this is.

This is a space where you can be honest about where you are—
and be supported as you move forward from a place of clarity, not pressure.

The WALK Method

The framework I use to guide women through transition with clarity and faith.

If you’re in a season where everything feels uncertain…

you don’t have to navigate it alone.
