Walking It Out was not created from inspiration alone. It was built from obedience, courage, and lived transformation.

Years ago, I made the difficult decision to leave a marriage that was not healthy or safe. At the time, I was raising two daughters in Newark, New Jersey. On paper, I had stability - a good job, structure, routine. But internally, I knew that survival was no longer enough. I needed safety. I needed clarity. I need growth.

Most of all…I needed God.

In that season, my prayer was simple: Lord, get me out of here.

I wasn’t strategic. I wasn’t specific. I just knew I had to move. Within a year of making that decision to leave and fully surrendering that season to God, an unexpected opportunity opened up- a job offered in Roswell, Georgia. It wasn’t my dream role, but it was the provision I needed. It was my exit from Newark. It was protection for my daughters and it was the beginning of rebuilding my life with intention.
